We look beyond today, or tomorrow. We look proactively at the customer and their changing needs.
How we do this. We are Tunity. It's in our name. It's in our DNA. We align our market insights with the client.
You'll discover our magic in 10 headlines and some lines. Whether this sets us apart from the competition? No. We don't perform stunt work, but we do take a customer-first approach.
Actually, we are not so much into customer briefings. We do listen carefully to the customer, but never quite do what they say. Unless they have data-driven market insights, then we're all ears.
Rather, we proactively seek out the customer's bottleneck. Why use Facebook when Instagram lends itself better to communication? Why communicate externally when things are going wrong internally?
We take a customer-first approach that is results-driven. An organization is usually preoccupied with day-to-day operations and doesn't see certain details that happen in the marketplace. We provide a watertight strategy and digital experiences that inspire and activate the end customer.
We are with the market and feel what the end customer wants. Call it a sixth sense, developed over the years. Call it experience gathered in a library of models, tools, algorithms, methods and processes. All on loan to analyze end customer behavior on various parameters. We pour everything together into a customer journey with constant focus on Return On Investment (ROI).
We know your end customer and review all facets of your business to make it future-proof so you can continue to attract and retain the customers you want. So we think externally and look internally to see what could be better. Unlike more rigid organizations, which think from the internal but look at the external.
We think externally and look at what could be better internally.
We don't pick up briefs from clients. We don't just do what we are told to do. Does this make it difficult to track exactly what we do? No. We bring plenty of insights and a proactive attitude. We anticipate the market and determine how best to position the client.
To achieve this positioning, we employ our own methods in a transparent manner. We inform our client weekly about what we are doing. Our goal is to eliminate all concerns for the client. They know what we are doing and don't have to ask questions about it.
Our goal is to eliminate all customer concerns.
Marketing is about building a bridge between production and consumption. We provide a bridge between the customer and a point in the future. We set crucial objectives that we want the organization to achieve. We convert those objectives into precise figures: KPIs. Achieving those numbers brings the organization one step closer to that point in the future.
For this, we always come in strategically. It makes no sense to open the marketing tap if your organization is not on point in terms of production and billing. There's no point in building a website if you need a landing page.
We can't repeat it enough: KPIs are important. First look internally at what can be improved in order to then achieve goals externally. Different variables can be translated into KPIs. Whether it's 15 new staff members, 10,000 additional users in your community or 1 million euros in additional sales. A KPI must be defined and achieved. Only then is there positioning.
True. We are always changing. We monitor the market on a constant basis to detect shifts in all sectors. Does a shift occur? We shift with it. That may sound strange to other people's ears, but what we really mean is that we are flexible and move with the digitally transforming market.
We don't work with set patterns. We observe what works and adapt to it. In this way we can optimize what is not yet working with ourselves or with others. We go with the flow and feel where the shoe pinches. We sense what needs there are inside and outside the organization. That is why Tunity also builds its own products. Be it an international coaching platform or the largest mountain bike community in Belgium. They help answer needs and make organizations grow.
An elastic band holds things together and is stretchable. We hold client and company together and stretch with a changing market. To do this, we work in dynamic locations that inspire our A+ profiles.
Our teams are elastic and committed to case studies and best practices. It broadens their knowledge to make the most of the tools available. Practice what you preach is our credo. Don't tell a client what to do if you don't do it yourself internally.
Practice what you preach.
Because we are with the market, we are working at an accelerated pace. Faster achievement of KPIs provides budgetary benefits. Faster service with a performance-driven approach, that's what every organization wants, right?
We invest in our client and choose long-term partnerships. Budget is not the key here. The key is creating customer-centric experiences. Whether for multinationals, SMEs, scale-ups or start-ups. It is the experiences of the end customer that are going to generate budgets.
Over the years we have set up systems for start-ups, which used to be only for large multinationals. This is how we boost the market. We make companies attractive, keep multinationals young and dynamic, and make start-ups structured and effective.
Meanwhile, Tunity is also growing through collaborations and experiences. That's a win-win situation, right? Hence, it's not about money. It's about experience, performance and achieving KPIs. That way, there really is ROI.
Working for a client in a specific industry also means that we do not work for their competitors. We use methods and working models that attract end customers. That would not be optimal to do for 2 identical providers unless they are geographically limited. It would lead to a market with no competition. Not done! How to transform if one cannot learn from each other?
To measure is to know. It may be a cliché, but it remains essential. Of course, as a company, you need to know what you are measuring. A target should be relevant and you should benchmark it against current shifts in the market. If you score well against your competitors and industry, on defined metrics that have direct impact on your end customer, you are doing well as a company!
At Tunity, we create a customized dashboard for each client that allows us to constantly track the status of our efforts!
At Tunity, we create a custom dashboard.
We dare to say and see how a company is doing. We dare to bang our fist on the table. Our decisions are based purely on achieving hard results that can be measured and monitored. CEOs, entrepreneurs and managers love Tunity because of that approach. They feel professionally understood and worry-free. We are the skilled workforce that gets results transparently.
We go for breaking habits that will be prohibitive in the future. We don't shy away from any challenge!
