A few months ago, we welcomed a new Tunity client: Craftails. We were immediately thrilled, because Craftails offers premium ready-to-serve cocktails. And who doesn't love cocktails? And what if they are made by the best bartenders in Belgium? Yes, everyone! That's why they continue to score at the time of corona when all other players are at a complete standstill. How did we do it? Read on.
Craftails is a provider of premium, ready-to-serve cocktails. They enable businesses to offer a top-notch cocktail experience in an easy, fast and cost-effective way. Goodbye pain points for all business owners working with Craftails. But then suddenly there was COVID-19, and the associated lockdowns. The hospitality industry had to close... So Craftails' main target market dropped completely overnight. This did not cause founders Yannick, Naushad and Sofian to panic. With support from Tunity, they were determined to make their concept a success and one thing was certain: these delicious cocktails were not to be lost.
In full lockdown, the trio developed the temporary Craftails Cocktail Package with the support of Tunity. So that people can enjoy blissful cocktails at home, in their seats. Super smart, right? People have something to look forward to and what's more, they don't have to do anything for it themselves. Everything is delivered to your home by Craftails! All you have to do is take a glass from your cabinet and ice cubes from your freezer, et voilà, you have a delectable cocktail.
Tunity rebuilt the webshop from B2B to B2C and adapted the social media strategy so that the packages received the necessary attention. This, combined with targeted advertising and an email campaign, ensured that the orders poured in.
Tunity is practically available to us 24/7, as with the transition to B2C and is not afraid to move quickly.
From strategy to branding and from branding to marketing, and all under 1 roof makes it super easy for us as a company.

So it was clear that the concept with the cocktail packages was catching on. It started to itch for Sofian, Naushad and Yannick and so they started a pop-store in Antwerp in mid-December 2020. As the first ever (!) they opened a boutique cocktail shop, and that during the corona crisis. HOW CRAZY IS THAT!
Especially when you know how quickly we realized this together with them. On Friday they decided to open the shop and on Monday you could actually visit them in Antwerp. We developed designs, optimized the shop and did the necessary communication. Fortunately, the pop-up turned out to be a real success.
As a partner in crime of Craftails, we at Tunity are immensely excited about the success story of these magnificent cocktails.
We started with a well-thought-out business strategy, which maps out much more besides tone of voice, position matrix and archetype (= brand personality). In this way, Craftails can establish and maintain a strong position on the market! Thanks to our strategic advice and help, they were able to make the switch from B2B, the original target group, to B2C without any problems.
We started with a strategy that ensured that we had a better understanding of the potential of our business. This has helped us tremendously! Thanks to Tunity, our brand has taken on a face that fits completely within our vision. We are pleased with the flexibility that Tunity shows and the effort that went into making this happen.

The branding, a true gem that fully reflects the meaning of Craftails, was conceived and developed by us. During the process, we kept in mind The Six Senses. The Six whatte?
In all those elements, we saw patterns, symmetry and geometry. Based on that, we developed the design of Craftails. A picture that makes complete sense!
We then quickly built a website and webshop: an absolute necessity in these (corona) times. People could easily discover the cocktails and order the packages. We continue to optimize the website and shop for the best result!
The marketing and social media is in safe Tunity hands. We too suddenly had to completely transform our content plans from B2B to B2C when the hospitality industry closed. Fortunately, our Tunitees are able to be short on time. Not much later, when the pop-up opened, we addressed press and set up email campaigns. For example, the trio appeared on ATV with the opening of their pop-up. Furthermore, brand awareness combined with a targeted social media strategy yield a lot of orders.
Cheers, to a beautiful and successful adventure!
"We are very pleased with the cooperation and hope it will continue for a long time. We are glad we entered into this relationship and can only recommend it!"
