Guard your brand from theft. Every business has an interest in protecting its intellectual property, especially in this digital age. By doing so, the legislature wants to encourage entrepreneurs to turn their creative and innovative ideas into reality. By registering your trademark, you ensure that no one can run with it without your permission. Indeed, this is the only legal way to protect your brand.

What is a patent?

The website Vlaanderen.be describes a patent as follows: "A patent (also called a patent) is an exclusive right to an invention that allows you to prohibit another person from commercially applying the invention in a particular jurisdiction, for a certain period of time. A patent can be at the Belgian, European or international level."
