Tunity continues growth path with acquisition of MonkeyProof

Tunity, the full-service strategic marketing partner from Geel, is taking over the client portfolio and services after the bankruptcy of MonkeyProof from Zele. Thanks to the takeover, clients are assured of continuity in their digital trajectories. For Tunity this means a new step in its growth story as a stable marketing partner.

MonkeyProof as an established name

MonkeyProof, founded in 2007 and active for many years with a team of 18 employees, was known for its software solutions and marketing projects. The acquisition by Tunity ensures a smooth continuation of all projects and services for clients.

"Our first priority is for customers to be as little affected by this bankruptcy as possible," said Fabio Romagnoli, founder and business manager of Tunity. "We want to offer them security and future prospects and ensure that all ongoing projects are carefully monitored."

Experience in successful acquisitions

The MonkeyProof acquisition is part of Tunity's broader growth strategy. Earlier this year, the agency also took over clients and brands from the bankrupt agencies nmg, Manta Ray and Rex & Volt. In each case, the focus was on proper handling and guaranteeing continuity for the clients involved.

Tunity: stable and forward-looking

With 20 employees and an annual turnover of over 2 million euros, Tunity has become an established player in the Belgian digital market. Based in Geel, it supports companies with web development, marketing, strategy, design and videography. In 2025, Tunity was nominated as Trends Gazelle and the agency is known for its correct approach and long-term client relationships.
