The needs
DCA Residential Projects excels at delivering inspiring projects. But how do you translate that into a marketing approach that forges an equally strong connection with your target audience? For the Leike project in Borsbeek, we chose an approach with a personal touch. Not a dry list of facts, but a story that not only informs, but also inspires. The human story became one of the most important building blocks of our marketing campaign.
The road to success + trajectory
At the heart of the campaign was Peter, the sales manager. We put him forward as the face of the project and had him explain on-site what makes Leike unique. This resulted in an authentic video in which Peter guided viewers through the project, speaking to them as if they were already there.
The video was then embedded on a conversion-oriented landing page, enabling interested parties to quickly find the necessary information and get in touch.
The Meta campaign was launched and precisely tailored to the target audience. We tested three different ad copies to determine which performed best. Each copy offered a unique angle, but all shared the same goal:Â encouraging people to reach out!
The personalized approach hit the nail on the head. The video spoke directly to the target audience, increasing not only the involvement involvement, but Project Leike also became the talk of the town.
