On road trip to social media

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Belgium had not yet established a social media presence. That's why we launched their Facebook page in both French and Dutch, along with their LinkedIn channel. Each month, we create content calendars, develop fresh ideas, and continuously optimize their social media strategy.

 

All our hard work was rewarded as Enterprise currently has over a thousand loyal followers on their page, generating hundreds of reservations each month. But, that was just the beginning!

Next destination: advertising

To spread Enterprise's message as effectively as possible, we also utilized paid media. What started with Facebook and Google campaigns soon led to Enterprise being featured on national television. Our team shifted into high creative gear, quickly producing a stunning advertisement that reached hundreds of thousands of screens.

Flexibility at its best: mini-lease

Like Tunity, Enterprise Rent-A-Car places great importance on flexibility. That's why, last year, they introduced a new concept to the market: the mini-lease. This car subscription allows you to cancel at any time. To ensure the lanch of the minilease was as effective as possible, Enterprise relied on Tunity's expertise. We developed a high-converting campaign and crafted targeted marketing strategies to secure as many subscriptions as possible. From idea to rental

Everything began with an idea, of course. We gathered around the table to determine the best way to launch the mini-lease. After several brainstorming sessions, we had a fully developed action plan ready to go. Our team of designers, performance marketers, creatives, SPOCs and developers was ready to go. Together, we planned out every facet of the launch down to the smallest detail. This included:

 

  • Multiple brainstorming sessions, internally and with the client.
  • Decisive design work for the campaign.
  • Converting copy in two languages.
  • Attractive ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and even Bing.
  • Landing pages that comply with all the rules of the art.
  • Powerful mailings.

 

All these efforts were further reinforced by a professional press campaign. Omnichannel marketing at its finest!

High-level marketing and sales alignment

The campaign launch was not the final destination. To further support our marketing efforts and take them to the next level, we collaborated closely with our best friend 'sales'. After all, marketing and sales create the perfect customer machine, and we noticed this more than ever at Enterprise.

The leads generated from the campaign were instantly forwarded to Enterprise's CRM system, enabling the sales team to follow up without delay. Additionally, we also crafted emails tailored precisely to each recipient's stage in the customer journey. The result? An extra boost that played a significant role in the remarkable success of the mini-lease.

 

From 0 to 100 km/h in record time

The launch of the mini-lease was more than successful. We even had to hit the brakes twice due to the overwhelming number of applications! Furthermore, we exceeded the set KPIs by a wide margin, allowing us to extend the campaign twice.
