There's a brand new episode of the BlackBird Podcast online and it's one not to be missed! In this episode, Fabio Romagnoli, CEO of Tunity, talks with Andy Coomans.

It's not a classic success story, but an honest look behind the scenes of entrepreneurship. How do you make conscious choices, build something that really works, step by step, and create value for your customers and your team? We list the most important tips for you.

1. Build something that is true to who you are

Money is important, but not enough to keep a business afloat in the long run. A shared vision and values are the foundation of sustainable growth. If you do business with conviction, you will automatically attract the right people and keep going when the going gets tough.

2. Build a team that participates in enterprise

Growing a business is not something you do alone. It's important to attract people who want to help build your story. Not temporary workers, but a team involved in the bigger picture. That takes time and care in your selection, but delivers you more in the long run. A good cultural click makes all the difference. By conducting job interviews yourself and involving your team, you ensure that new employees fit the way you do business.

3. Dare to put skin in the game

Take your own advice seriously and work as if you are partly responsible for the outcome. This can also be done literally by, for example, participating as an entrepreneur in companies you work with. This creates a shared interest in growth and every result becomes your result as well.
