With the Thomas International certificate, we are officially allowed to conduct tests to scan people who apply for jobs, thus greatly improving our internal employer branding and HR. It also allows us to better organize our teams internally, but also to be stronger and better externally towards our customers and partners. Something that is not unimportant in a dynamic company!

We can't deny it: our application process has improved significantly from the past, and that makes our team even stronger. By having the applicants take some personality tests, we gain more insight into the person's learning ability, emotional intelligence, personality and behavior. That way we can more quickly and better assess whether the applicant is a match for the team, where the strengths lie and what the person's areas for improvement are. Only in this way can we continue to build the dynamic team we have already built today.

A long-term process...

Now, we didn't become Thomas certified in 1-2-3. We had to do a lot of testing and training to get this certification. It was a long process that required a lot of knowledge and expertise, and also paid off for us. Because the results are impressive! We obtained no less than 4 certificates - PPA, HPTI, GIA and TEIQue - which is very exceptional.

 

You would be amazed at all you can find out about a person, how many different aspects there are in a personality and how important they are in the workplace, as well as in the home.

 

Did you know that your competition score, complexity, risk approach, curiosity, adaptability and conscientiousness already reveal a lot about the type of person you are? Or that with a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) we can form a quick and clear understanding of preferred behaviors and communication styles of individuals? Yep!

What did we do with our certificate? Well, more than frame it and hang it up, of course! Everyone in the Tunity team took a series of tests: from general intelligence, to personality test, emotional intelligence and personal profile analysis. This allowed everyone to get to know themselves better, and it was immediately clear what profiles our team actually consisted of.

 

What turns out? We're a match made in heaven with each other! Every branch in our company is aligned and consists of a balanced mix of profiles. But the big picture also fits together beautifully!

 

Tunity naturally continues to grow, which means we are always looking for new, strong profiles to come join #teamtunity. In order to facilitate the search for the perfect match, we have built an entire application process. After an initial screening and an assignment, applicants are also presented with some tests that allow us to measure some key points and criteria. Based on those results, the applicant moves on to the next round, and we know exactly where we can place him in the team.

 

Whether this works? Absolutely! We have already been able to strongly complement our teams with the appropriate profiles, who had both the necessary experience, knowledge, expertise and passion, as well as the right personality to function optimally in the company.

 

We have also been able to achieve a lot of results internally! Now that everyone has rediscovered their own personality, we were able to adjust where necessary and guide our own people even more in the right direction. This is hugely important! The goal of this? Making sure everyone is comfortable in their own skin, can do their job with pleasure and passion, and can grow towards the goals they have in mind.
