Following the bankruptcy of Sinkroon in Herentals, several customers found themselves without a permanent partner. Tunity intervened as soon as possible. The company took over all customers and ensured that their websites remained online without any interruption. Thanks to a careful takeover of the running services in collaboration with Combell, continuity could be guaranteed for each website.
The takeover of all clients' websites was accomplished within days. Even before the customers of Sinkroon noticed anything of the bankruptcy, Tunity had made sure that the websites remained online. The hostings were already running entirely through Combell, a long-time partner of Tunity.
This acquisition, the second this year, demonstrates how Tunity provides security not only for customers, but also for fellow entrepreneurs. Fabio Romagnoli, CEO of Tunity, thus notes, "At Tunity, we believe in a safe haven for every entrepreneur. Our experience and strong partners allow us to move quickly, exactly what freelancers or small agencies need in the event of an exit."
