Last month we told you that we take our internal culture very seriously. We tell other companies how important the archetype, the backbone of your company, is, how important your company's values are, and how they help guide your team. Short-term and long-term.

Did you know that we even place so much importance on this that we put our own five core values in all of our presentations? Internally and externally. To remind not only others, but also ourselves of their value over and over again. Good news: every team member now knows very well what they stand for and how we use this to our advantage as well as that of our customers.

Data-driven: bye bye, gut feeling

Interested?

Data-driven work is directing and acting on raw facts and raw data. So that means making decisions based on measurable numbers, rather than gut feeling or intuition. We use data to best organize our processes, predict future outcomes and make better decisions. Yep, we love data!

 

After all, without our numbers and figures, we are nowhere. It is the basis of our daily work and the origin of important changes. Changes that make our operations better and optimize results for our customers. And as you know: our customers happy, we happy!

 

So our team is fully specialized to analyze and interpret that data correctly. Google Analytics, Google Ads, dashboards and SEO tools: they are all full of numbers. That, of course, is the starting point. Without someone with ready knowledge and experience, however, you won't get much further. We collect the data that is most important to you and summarize it in a clear dashboard.

 

Convenient and necessary. This gives us and our customers access to real-time data at any time, which also allows us to take quick action, make decisions and optimize processes.

Such dashboards also help us make informed decisions quickly. Just imagine: you spend several euros on all kinds of channels 'because it's the way it should be' or 'because everyone else is doing it anyway'. That does not apply to us. We research the channels, set up test cases and analyze in the short term.

 

For example, for one of our clients in sportswear, we soon discovered that social media ads were not the best method to efficiently reach the target audience. Google Ads, on the other hand, was producing amazing results on every front. So the next step was quickly taken: focus the media budget on the channels that really work to maximize ROI.

PPA, HPTI, GIA and TEIQue: we know the drill

Sounds like Chinese? Understandable. We had to blink twice at first, too. Thomas' tests are simple to go through, but contain complex, proven theory. Each assessment has its own objective. We did them all.

  • PPA | The Personal Profile Analysis provides quick and thorough insight into a person's behavioral preferences and communication style.
  • HPTI | The High Potential Trait Indicator is an assessment of workplace personality, based on the "Big 5" model, assessing characteristics that predict job success and risk of failure.
